Our return procedure is easy and well managed. Only damaged, defective or wrong items can be returned. Kindly note that a notice of dissatisfaction is to be sent to us via mail or phone, not more than 3 days after delivery of the product. More so, the return should be done not more than 7days after your order has been delivered. You will receive 100% refund for your item plus shipping fees, if we delivered a damaged, defective or wrong item. When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in it’s original packaging. Refunds are processed after successful returns.
